Children's Activity Center & Fitness Center
Salem Community Center offers two supervised children's programs — the Children's Activity Center (CAC) for ages 1–6 and the Children's Fitness Center (CFC) for ages 5–12. Both spaces are staffed by employees trained in Infant/Child CPR, First Aid, and AED.
CAC & CFC Hours
Hours are the same for both the CAC and CFC.
- Monday–Thursday
- 5:00–7:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Children's Activity Center (Ages 1–6)
Drop off children while you work out. We strive to have one supervisor for every 12 children.
How does the CAC work?
- Each child is allowed up to two hours per visit.
- Parents will sign children in/out and indicate where they will be in the building.
- No sick kids please.
- SCC Staff does not change diapers or attend to restroom needs — parents will be called.

Children's Fitness Center (Ages 5–12)
A supervised fitness space for kids ages 5–12 with equipment sized for younger participants.
