Organizations can submit a donation request using the form below.

Request Guidelines

To request a charitable contribution, please submit the SCC Donation Request Form.
Include a written request on your organization’s letterhead with the event date listed.
Allow up to three weeks for processing.
Requests for events taking place less than one week from receipt will not be honored.
