The SilverSneakers® Fitness program is designed exclusively for Medicare-eligible adults. SilverSneakers provides eligible members with memberships to the Salem Community Center at no cost, and SilverSneakers classes are included. Give us a call or stop in to see if you are eligible. Renew Active is a fitness program for body and mind that's designed around you and your health goals. This program is available with select UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans. HUSK (formerly GlobalFit) is a leading provider of wellness solutions for employers and insurers nationwide. Eligibility for HUSK will make you eligible for a free membership to the Salem Community Center. Eligibility through Active&Fit will give you a free membership to the Salem Community Center. To check eligibility for those 18–64 years of age, check with your Health Plan provider or employer. For more information, contact your Human Resources Department or visit the Active&Fit website.
Prime Fitness program eligibility will get you a free membership to the Salem Community Center. It is often available through an employer health plan. To check eligibility, contact your Human Resources Department or visit the Prime Fitness website.
